Driven by a fascination in the manipulation of raw materials, Lucy was naturally drawn to the Wood, Metal, Ceramics and Plastics course at the University of Brighton where she gained a First Class BA. Her work soon started to attract attention, and was featured on WGSN as well as being exhibited in the window of Matthew Williamson's Bruton Street store. Lucy then joined the prestigious studios of Erickson Beamon, where she worked on a broad range of projects, followed by more recent positions developing 3D design techniques for commercial brands.

Using her diverse experience and skill, Lucy now presents her self titled solo label. Juxtaposition is a major theme of Lucy's work. First inspired by a childhood spent avidly exploring her Suffolk countryside surroundings, Lucy was then drawn to the raw urban contrast of East London. These influences are reflected in her work with the combination of natural and man made materials. Combine this with recent inspiration, taking in everything from 80's power dressing to derelict architecture, and you get a label which challenges boundaries and celebrates the subtleties of beauty.
